I’m a Jesus follower, millennial, certified health coach, registered yoga and meditation teacher, certified tea sommelier, wellness encourager, and - most importantly - wife and stay-at-home mom of three. I love meditation (any time of the day), tea (Matcha is my life!), travel (“I booked us a trip” is my love language), and fitness (Where my Peloton peeps at?!).
My practice is grounded in creating connections, building trust, and holding space for moms who want to balance life’s challenges and lead healthy, powerful, aligned lives - a transformation I know firsthand. After years of professional life, making meals, packing lunches, supporting the hubs, and getting everyone where they’re supposed to be, I understand the high pressure and stress that comes with living a “big life.” It often felt like everyone else’s needs came first. It wasn’t until I discovered yoga and mindful living that I began to explore and acknowledge how I’d like to contribute to myself and those around me. I finally understood the importance of strengthening the relationship I had with my whole self without allowing my BIG life to swallow me whole.

We’ll design a wellness vision, set some focused goals, and implement actionable solutions that put you on the clear path to health & vitality.
